circled_dayAppointments can be booked via the telephone on 01942 483777 from 08:00, online via the above link or in person. Please register at reception first before using the online service.

You may be asked some questions when you contact the surgery to make an appointment.  This is so that we can offer you an appointment with the most appropriate person for your condition and you may be offered an appointment with a doctor, advanced practitioner, nurse, assistant practitioner or health care assistant.

We offer pre-bookable appointments for the morning, afternoon and extended hours which can be booked up to two weeks in advance.

Patients are offered the next available appointment with the GP of their choice or any GP.

Urgent Appointments

For those patients who cannot wait until the next available appointment we have an urgent surgery every morning (Monday to Friday).  These appointments are for a single urgent problem.  We cannot offer a named GP for the urgent surgery appointments but you will be seen that morning.

We also have an emergency surgery each afternoon (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) for patients needing to be seen who cannot wait until the next available appointment or the urgent surgery the following morning.  These appointments are for a single emergency problem.

Personal Examinations

If your medical condition is of an intimate nature and you would prefer a male or female doctor, the staff will always try to accommodate your request.  You will be offered a chaperone if appropriate.

Text Messaging Service

We offer a text messaging service whereby we can send you reminders regarding appointments and health promotion campaigns.  If you would like more information or you wish to register to use this service please ask at reception.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
